Can I customize my LUX Board?

 Yes, you can! But please note all requests are subject to availability. During the order process, you can indicate any Special Requests you have... for example: if you want a specific type of cheese included, no meat, gluten-free, dietary restrictions, allergies, etc. We will do our best to customize your box to your specific preferences!
 

Does the board come with the order?

Yes, the board is yours to keep!

Can I order a board if I live outside Austin? 

 You can absolutely still order one of our Lux Boards! You can send a Board as a gift to a loved one/colleague. Pick up is also available and can be arranged during the ordering process. 
 

Do you offer delivery or pick up?

We do! We currently offer delivery service to the Greater Austin Area. Our delivery fees start at $25 depending on the delivery location. Pickup is available in Cedar Park depending on availability. 

 Where do you create your Boards?

We create out of Manon's Kitchen located at: 8309 Research Blvd Ste. B, Austin, TX 78758

Do you offer shipping? 

Currently we do not ship but hope to offer this service in the future!
 

What are your delivery times?

We typically deliver between 9am-12pm. Any time after 2pm is subject to a Traffic Surge Fee.  

How much notice is required to place an order? 

We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice. If you need it in a hurry, a rush fee of $20 will be applied. Please contact us if this is the case! 512-299-0583

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

You will be issued a 75% credit to be used at a later date for any cancellation made within 72 hours of delivery/pick-up. Why a percentage you ask? Please note that within 72hrs we have ordered fresh produce for your order. Should you cancel after this period we will issue a partial credit at 25% 

Do you offer Refunds? 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless you've made a duplicate order in error. We do however issue credits to be used at a later date!

Need to modify your order? 

Changes ie. board sizing and food preferences can be made up to 48hrs before your delivery/pick up date. 

All changes are subject to a payment increase.  

What board sizes do you offer?

Lover’s: Serves 1-2 People (9x12)

Small: Serves up to 6 People (10x14)

Medium:  Serves up to 12 People (18x12)

Large: Serves up to 24 People (24x16)

What does my board come in?

The boards are all delivered in covered boxes for easy removal. 

We also offer gift wrapping for $5!

Do create vegetarian/vegan Boards?

Yes, meat is optional on all of our boards. We will replace it with extra cheese and accoutrements. Please indicate this and/or vegan preferences during the ordering process.
